OUR HISTORY

Chang Hua Construction Pte Ltd was found by Mr.Li Fei Chang in 1995. The Company is a registered contractor with the Building and Construction Authority CW01-A1. The total contract value of more than S$800 million Singapore dollars had been awarded to the company in the previous years.
